NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a VP of Operations to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $170-210K + bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in retail operations and senior management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Thrift industry experience is preferred.
- Previous executive level experience preferred.
- Innovative and inspiring retail operations leader with strength in lean production/ Kaizen continuous improvement processes
