NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Wealth Management Technology & Operations Analyst to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $95,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2+ years supporting technology, applications, or financial operations within Wealth Management or RIA
• Strong communication skills and polished presence to act as the face of the business to clients
• Experience supporting advisors, client service associates, or similar financial staff
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Black Diamond, Vestmark, and financial planning tools such as eMoney or MoneyGuide Pro
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Tier 1 support for technology platforms including CRM, Black Diamond, eMoney, DocuSign, and related tools
• Manage support tickets end-to-end, troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting issues
• Escalate complex problems to specialized technical or operational teams as needed
• Support user account creation, license management, and permissions across systems
• Support account lifecycle activities, including opening, transfers, maintenance, and closures
• Troubleshoot transfer issues and resolve discrepancies proactively
• Use custodial platforms for performance reporting, data reconciliation, and advisor reports
• Assist with operational procedures, process documentation, and efficiency improvements
