NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Pre- Construction Manager, Mid-Level to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100-$130K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working on $50M-$100M+ jobs.
- Strong technical estimating skills with the ability to balance client interactions and analytical tasks.
- Willingness to work on own take offs and help junior estimators
- 8-12 years in construction estimating
- Someone who can see the finer details in huge projects and be able to explain to the client on why the money makes sense.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage medium to large estimates, including leading bid-day assignments and closing scopes.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and compile complete cost estimates for labor, equipment, and materials.
- Develop pursuit strategies, including critical path scheduling and tender documentation.
- Maintain relationships with subtrade partners and suppliers to solicit competitive pricing.
- Lead a small team of entry-level estimators, providing mentorship and support.
- Act as a bridge between conceptual planning and actual project execution.
