NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Manager, Accounting and Financial Compliance to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $125-$135K + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm)
- CPA certification
- Experience in drafting and implementing accounting policies
- Management with experience leading a small team
- Ability to interpret accounting standards and apply them to policies
- Stable career history with no frequent job changes
Technical Requirements:
- Oracle (preferred) or other GL systems
- Proficient in Excel
- Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems is a plus
