NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Program Director to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $75-$85K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field (required);
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with youth impacted by trauma, exploitation, or child welfare involvement
- Experience working with complex trauma, mental health, substance abuse, or systems-involved youth (e.g., crossover youth)
- Demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, and team management skills
- Working knowledge of community-based resources, child protection systems, and advocacy strategies
- Ability to facilitate group sessions and lead trainings
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation required for occasional in-person meetings, trainings, or off-site collaborations
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurance in accordance with agency policy (if driving for work purposes)
- Must pass a Level II background screening
- Completion of 40-hour State-Approved CSEC Curriculum (or willingness to complete upon hire)
- Must complete required DCF and agency trainings within the first 3 days of employment
- First Aid/CPR certification required (can be completed upon hire)
- Bloodborne Pathogens training required on or before start date
