NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Director to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100,000 – $120,000 base (depending on experience), with an OTE of $150,000 – $180,000.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-8 years of net new sales hunting experience
- Proven success in full sales cycle, including SOW/PO creation
- Experience selling to mid-tier or large offshore consulting companies with a global presence in India, such as Wipro or Cognizant
- Strong understanding of data engineering and data analytics (no end-to-end solutions)
- Hands-on, go-getter mentality, eager to specialize in data engineering and analytics
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and open new customer opportunities as a sales hunter
- Generate and develop leads independently using existing internal tools
- Focus on B2B enterprise sales targeting mid to large prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across various industries including retail, CPG, travel, media, pharmaceuticals, and banking
- Travel occasionally within the US to meet with clients as needed
