NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Fundraising and Development Specialist to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite with some remote (1-2 days per week) direct hire position.
SALARY: $75,000 – $96,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, or related field
• 5+ years of business experience; 2+ years in nonprofit fundraising or sales preferred
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
• Financial acumen and experience with fundraising software/CRMs and donor portfolio management a plus
• Social media savvy
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Grow and manage the donor and investor network
• Lead fundraising efforts for key events and campaigns
• Track and report sponsor metrics, grants, and impact
• Research and apply for foundation funding
• Create fundraising collateral in partnership with marketing
• Leverage social media for donor engagement and prospecting
• Represent the organization at community events and co-host fundraising activities
• Oversee donor invoicing, collections, and tax receipts
• Maintain profiles on charity navigator sites (e.g., Candid, Benevity, Guidestar)
• Support reporting and special projects related to fundraising
• Document fundraising processes and coordinate donor acknowledgements
