NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a remote (with travel to Orlando as needed) contract position.
SALARY: $50-$55/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of product design experience
- Proven experience designing SaaS platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B software design
- Expertise in Figma
- Ability to prototype product experiences
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design UI for SaaS and mobile interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Simplify complex AI functionalities into user-friendly experiences
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library
- Work closely with engineering on implementation and rapid iteration
- Refine user flows based on demos and client feedback
- Ensure usability for hospitality staff with simple, fast, low-training interfaces
