NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a System Engineer to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years supporting enterprise datacenter or cloud environments, including high-availability architectures
• Hands-on experience with one or more major enterprise platforms such as Zerto, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem/hybrid), or Active Directory
• Strong technical depth in at least one of the following: Zerto, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, SAN, or Citrix
• Proven ability to lead and expand automation efforts using Ansible
• Experience providing Level 3 incident response, escalation handling, and service restoration, including after-hours on-call support
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, configure, and maintain platforms like Zerto, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, SAN, and Citrix
• Perform routine health checks, patching, and optimization of systems
• Lead automation initiatives by developing and maintaining Ansible playbooks
• Respond to and resolve complex incidents, including after-hours support
• Collaborate with teams to implement security hardening and disaster recovery plans
• Document systems, procedures, and changes accurately and thoroughly
• Manage vendor support cases and escalate issues as needed
• Develop detailed change management procedures and ensure compliance with change control processes
