NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Writer – AI SaaS to join our client’s team. This is a remote (EST or CST timezone), contract position.
SALARY: $55-$75 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in technical writing for SaaS or software products
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience creating structured documentation (guides, SOPs, help docs)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop product documentation for internal teams and external clients
- Build onboarding guides and training materials
- Document workflows, features, and integrations
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate features into clear documentation
- Help standardize information sharing across teams
