NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a contract, hybrid role. Candidates must be local to Orlando.
This is a part-time, with potential to transition to full-time.
SALARY: $35-$45/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–7+ years of experience in EA, operations, or HR coordination
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and prioritize multiple executive calendars, including scheduling and conflict resolution
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-ups
- Support onboarding of new hires, including scheduling and documentation
- Maintain internal operations by tracking tasks, deadlines, and priorities
- Support leadership and ensure smooth daily operations
- Act as a central point of coordination across teams
