NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Head of Data & AI to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $185K to $195K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, or platform architecture, with recent experience in wealth management tech
- 3–5+ years leading multi-disciplinary data teams
- Proven experience shipping AI/ML products into production with measurable impact
- Expertise in modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, ETL/ELT, governance)
- Strong systems and business workflows thinking, with the ability to connect product and engineering
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and execute enterprise data and AI strategy
- Build and scale AI-ready data platforms and architecture
- Lead data engineering, BI, and analytics teams
- Deliver AI-powered data products with measurable business impact
- Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap alignment and execution
