NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $125,000 – $150,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of data engineering experience
- Expertise in Azure and Databricks stack
- Proficiency with orchestration tools (Dagster preferred)
- Experience with DBT and/or DLT (delta live tables)
- Strong Python/PySpark skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather requirements and lead platform architecture design
- Build data pipelines from scratch
- Own end-to-end architecture and infrastructure of the Azure-based data platform
- Design and implement a modern lakehouse architecture for analytics and reporting
- Develop scalable, resilient, and monitored data pipelines
- Transform raw data into clean, trusted datasets for analytics
- Model data for Power BI consumption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data structures with reporting needs
- Own data platform operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
