NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a hybrid, direct hire position in Tampa, FL.
SALARY: $95,000–$100,000 base plus 10% bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of financial analysis experience at the senior financial analyst level
- Prior expense ownership and personnel model experience, including headcount forecasting
- Strong Excel modeling skills (intermediate to advanced)
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take full ownership of assigned expense categories, understanding cost structures and drivers
- Build and improve financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and control
- Validate and update headcount assumptions, including hiring plans and compensation
- Conduct monthly variance analysis, identifying risks and explaining discrepancies
- Review vendor contracts and ensure expense timing and accruals are aligned
- Develop a strong working relationship with finance leadership, delivering accurate, timely reports
- Learn and operate internal tools such as Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, and Excel models
- Support planning and forecasting processes, maintaining data integrity and model accuracy
