NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Speech AI Engineer to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a remote contract position.
SALARY: $65-75/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with speech-to-text (STT) APIs or models
- Experience with text-to-speech (TTS) systems
- Strong Python (or similar) for ML/AI work
- Experience integrating AI into real applications (APIs, products)
- Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Whisper, Azure Speech, Google Speech APIs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and improve speech-to-text and text-to-speech features
- Connect AI models into the product to enable real-world functionality
- Enhance voice features for speed, accuracy, and clarity
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship features
- Support multilingual and translation capabilities within the platform
