NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our client’s team. This is a fully remote, direct hire position. Candidate must sit in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin or Wyoming.

SALARY: $75-90K (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years software business analysis, requirements gathering
- 5+ years Unemployment Insurance or Workforce Development with a state or federal government agency
- Strong SQL queries and SDLC experience
- Experience interacting with external clients
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to travel to client location in Florida for a one-week orientation, on-site
