NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite (Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: $240,000–$270,000 base + 20-30% bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• CFO / VP Finance leadership experience
• Private equity experience is a must
• Strong background in job costing for manufacturing in a project-based environment
• Expertise in job costing, WIP accounting, and revenue recognition
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or project-based businesses
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, and reporting
• Manage job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition across projects
• Partner with leadership on strategy, growth, and profitability
• Improve financial visibility, processes, and systems
• Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, and financial controls
