NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Controller – RevOps to join our client’s team. This is a hybrid, direct Hire position. Candidates must be local to Tampa.
SALARY: $130,000–$150,000 (depending on experience). The role also offers stock options.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in a controller or similar role
- Proven SaaS experience with recurring and subscription revenue models
- Hands-on experience managing all accounting functions
- Ability to interact confidently with C-level executives
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve accounting efficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee revenue accounting, including revenue recognition, deferred revenue, billing, and commissions
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and internal controls
- Support external audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Own revenue operations, including quote-to-cash, billing, renewal, churn, and expansion reporting
- Maintain data integrity across CRM, billing, and reporting systems
- Develop and maintain reports on ARR, bookings, churn, and pipeline
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve forecasting and revenue processes
- Drive process improvements for quote-to-cash and month-end close activities
