NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Data Reviewer to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a on-site, contract position.
SALARY: $30-40hr (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–5 years of litigation support, eDiscovery, due diligence document review, or Information Governance experience within a law firm
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of legal data forms and confidentiality standards
- Ability to review digital client matter materials for relevance, confidentiality, and privilege
- Experience managing data transfer processes and ensuring data accuracy
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review digital client matter materials for relevance, confidentiality, and privilege
- Manage the transfer process for outgoing client matter data
- Analyze data for sensitive information and identify transfer restrictions
- Tag, categorize, and verify documents using appropriate tools and systems
- Compare transfer data against audit logs to ensure accuracy
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards regarding data protection laws and firm policies
- Generate reports on transfer progress and discrepancies
