NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Finance to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $85-$115K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years in nonprofit finance or mission-driven organizations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Experience navigating organizational change with clarity and confidence
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external use
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (local, state, federal)
- Supervise audits and proactively refine internal controls
- Manage A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger systems
- Oversee vendor relationships and treasury functions
- Guide cross-functional planning and serve as a thought partner in strategic decision-making
- Spearhead change management and process improvement initiatives within the finance department
