NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Finance to join our client’s team in Orlando, Florida. This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit finance or mission-driven organizations
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong financial reporting and strategic financial management skills
• Ability to lead and influence organizational financial practices
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning processes
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
• Supervise audits and reinforce internal controls
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger systems
• Oversee vendor relationships and treasury operations
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and decision-making
• Drive process improvements and lead change management initiatives within the finance department
