NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Executive Director to join our client’s team in Holiday, FL. This is an Onsite (Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: $125,000 – $145,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven executive leader with multi-site, P&L ownership, and full operational accountability
• Strong experience leading decentralized operating models
• Demonstrated success managing long-tenured teams through change management
• Deep commitment to community impact and mission-driven work
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with donors, boards, and community stakeholders
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead all Pasco County operations across programs, advancement, and community engagement
• Manage county P&L, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Build and nurture donor relationships and develop revenue growth strategies
• Lead and develop direct reports, driving accountability and culture
• Implement and align the decentralized operating model with organizational standards
• Represent the organization publicly and foster community partnerships
• Oversee program delivery, ensuring alignment with mission and strategic goals
• Drive organizational results through data-informed decision-making and performance metrics
