NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Field Service Technician – TFA to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $40-$55hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or 2+ years of vocational training in Electromechanical Systems
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in working with Siemens controllers and Schneider Pacdrive M and PD3 motion controllers
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in working with hydraulic systems
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Packaging industry involved in designing, installing and trouble-shooting PLC and motion control software and hardware
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally away from home for extended periods of time (70-80%)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to support various software control platforms for packaging machine to customer plant integration. Knowledge of ladder logic, produced and consumed tags, messaging, as well as other machine integration tools.
- Possess advanced mechanical, electrical and software skills.
- Proficiency in operating controls systems of equipment (Allen Bradley, Rexroth, Siemens, PLC, HMI, etc.).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to communicate effectively to the intended audience.
- Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Word, and PowerPoint and Advanced Excel skills
