NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an Onsite,Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $100,000 – $140,000 depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years SQL Server development -queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning; SSRS for reporting
- Strong experience with C# and .NET framework/.NET Core
- Extensive SQL Server development skills (queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and automated testing initiatives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular and C#/.NET
- Build and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in architectural design discussions and technical decision-making
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Evaluate and implement improvements to development processes and technologies
- Support modernization efforts, including migrating legacy systems and integrating APIs
