NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a HR/Benefits Specialist to join our client’s team in Miami or Fort Lauderdale. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $65-$75K +bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience in HR/Benefits
- Experience handling benefits set up and renewal
- Experience managing employee changes and claims with respect to benefits
- HR compliance experience
- Experience with cross check benefit invoicing with deductions, etc
- Law firm or accounting firm experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with some occasionally travel between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offices
