NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our client’s team in New York, New York. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $30-$40hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years proven experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in supporting macOS
- Understanding of networking concepts sufficient for troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks and tools, with the ability to support application connections to our SSO platform.
- Curiosity and a willingness to dive into new technologies and tools, with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills—you may not always have the answer but are motivated and skilled at finding solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple, clear language. You understand the importance of maintaining positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and approach interactions with a customer-focused mindset.
