NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Sales Lead to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $70-$130K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field. Relevant certifications in medical billing or healthcare administration are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in business development or sales within the healthcare sector, specifically in medical billing or medical practice management.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of the medical billing and coding process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and align them with service offerings.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA, insurance reimbursement processes, etc.).
