NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $65-$85K + bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B complex sales cycles
- PEO/ Payroll or BPO sales exp
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to build and expand a book of business through prospecting and referral networks
- Demonstrated ability to sell into blue and grey collar industries
- Competency in managing multiple sales opportunities at different stages
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Commitment to high ethical standards and fostering diversity
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Proficiency in technology and common software applications, including MS Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan aligned with growing a specific geographic territory
- Prospect for new customers and nurture existing relationships through outbound remote activities
- Possess in-depth technical knowledge of products, services, and applications for proposal development
- Identify new market opportunities using available resources
- Drive product specifications with consulting engineers
- Create presentation materials for decision makers
- Collaborate with the internal solutions team to build and maintain customer relationships
- Assist with customer training and support sales objectives
- Utilize sales tools effectively, such as CRM and proposal tools
- Generate high levels of activity to populate the sales pipeline and guide opportunities to successful closure
- Engage with professional organizations to expand market presence
- Travel as necessary to support your territory
