NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Sales Executive (SaaS) to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $60K +bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years experience in sales primarily focused on hunting (this will be primarily a. hunting role)
- Must have experience with cold calling and be aggressive with reaching out
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce efficiency preferred) and LinkedIn
- Competitive and ideal if someone comes has played competitive sports OR has succeeded in an environment with lots of failures (Sales!
- Open to feedback and also focused on continuous improvement
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Renew existing, expiring client contracts with focus on upselling and increasing prices.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business.
- Grow and maintain an accurate and healthy pipeline of business through prospecting efforts.
- Learn the product and service offerings in order to conduct demos, present value proposition, prepare proposals and overcome objections.
- Update Salesforce CRM on a daily basis with all prospecting and account activity.
- Prepare accurate activity and pipeline reports, weekly.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings.
