NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our client’s team in Santa Barbara, California. This is a hybrid, direct hire position. Candidates must be local to Santa Barbara.
SALARY: $85-100K + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an outside sales role
- Must have B2B experience
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a client facing role such as showroom sales, retail sales, catering, or serving
- Must be a creative type of person to make recommendations to the client
- Associate degree required
