NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to join our client’s team in Conshohocken, PA. This is a remote (EST or CST) contract-to-hire position.
SALARY: $57-75/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 years of data engineering experience, including design and architecture in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Google Ecosystem stack: Airflow, DBT, BigQuery, Firebase, Firestore
- Strong understanding of data modeling, pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes
- Experience with AI agents and building scalable data solutions
- Excellent ownership, collaboration skills, and a proactive attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and interoperability needs
- Build and maintain data architectures such as data lakes and warehouses
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with healthcare standards
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Support new customer implementations via EDI integration
- Unlock untapped analytics on the platform
- Scale and harden the data platform for operational resilience
- Develop AI-driven data solutions for customer use cases
- Improve operational efficiency and platform resiliency
