NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Superintendent – Mechanical to join our client’s team in Naples, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $120-$160K (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience
- Candidate will need mechanical experience, not just HVAC and duct work. Ex: boiler rooms, chillers, etc.
- Ideal candidate will have large commercial mechanical background that transitioned to GC.
- Large commercial/resort/multifamily project experience
