NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a System Integration Analyst to join our client’s team in Orland, Florida. This is a remote contract position.
SALARY: $82/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with large companies
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform provisioning, maintenance, and upgrades
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (FedRamp, GDPR, CMMC)
• Background in software development, scripting, and automation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and configure ServiceNow instances based on project needs
• Manage instance lifecycle, including cloning, data imports/exports, and decommissioning
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal impact
• Monitor platform performance and optimize system health
• Administer role-based access control, user permissions, and security audits
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents, leading root cause analysis
• Coordinate platform changes through change management processes
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, validate readiness, and document release notes
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs
