NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $60-$80 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical program or project management experience
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering + product)
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Ability to identify risks and gaps
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and manage the rollout plan to June
- Coordinate across engineering, product, and client teams
- Identify gaps, blockers, and risks
- Run standups and track deliverables
- Ensure deadlines are met for go-live
