NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Technical Services Manager – RAMP Penetration Tester to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $95 -$110K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8 Years experience in related field can be considered in lieu of Degree.
- At least one of the following certifications are required: CASP+, CompTIA PenTest+, OSCP/OSCP+, GPEN, GIAC, or GXPN.
- Have or be willing to secure additional Offensive Security certifications related to testing activities, client needs, and/or personal field of expertise.
- Completion and tracking of CPEs (or other relevant training) in security-related fields.
- Two or more years of relevant work experience with GovRAMP / FedRAMP penetration testing and four or more years in related discipline (network, application, mobile, etc.).
- Client facing delivery and Ethical Hacking experience.
- Conduct operations in a professional manner with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience delivering penetration tests, preferably in a consultative environment or for compliance standards such as GovRAMP, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, CMMC, etc.
- Ability to read and write code in common languages associated to reviewing client facing systems or creating custom scripts on the fly associated to identified attack vectors.
- Team motivator and team leader with the ability to pull projects over the finish line.
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
