NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Transitions/New Account Onboarding to join our client’s team in Memphis, TN. This is a onsite, Contract position.
SALARY: $22-$25/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have at least two years of customer service experience in the financial industry
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Understanding of basic investment concepts and securities industry practices
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms
• Previous experience in a contact center environment preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interact professionally with financial advisors, sales assistants, and team members via written and verbal communication
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to account opening and maintenance
• Analyze data, interpret issues, and implement corrective actions
• Support the enforcement of documentation requirements in compliance with industry policies (AML, KYC)
• Process reports and assist with account-related inquiries
• Log and track all client requests to ensure timely resolution
• Assist with after-hours account validation events and participate in system testing when needed
• Contribute to process improvements and departmental projects
