NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Transitions Technology Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $90,000–$110,000 base + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–7 years of experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Black Diamond, Addepar, eMoney, or MoneyGuide
- Strong client-facing experience (Client Success, BA, PM, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own technology onboarding for new Network Partners, from pre-launch to post-launch
- Configure, test, and document systems and workflows
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during transitions
- Host training sessions and guide platform adoption
- Travel onsite to support go-live, training, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate system readiness
- Create transition documentation, workflow guides, and training materials
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams
- Support technical needs such as data audits, user permissions, and issue escalation
- Document onsite observations, partner needs, risks, and follow-up actions
