NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a WorkDay Adaptive Planning Administrator to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a remote, direct hire position. Candidate should be in the EST or CST time zones.
SALARY: $90-135K (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-5 years WorkDay Adaptive Planning administration
- Experience integrating Adaptive Planning with other existing systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required; advanced degree preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement Company’s Adaptive Planning strategy to support accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting of the business.
- Manage and maintain Adaptive Planning, ensuring smooth operation and optimal utilization.
- Collaborate with the finance team to understand requirements and implement system changes accordingly.
- Develop and customize sheets and reports to support financial planning and analysis.
- Transition the FP&A team from Excel-based financial models into a comprehensive, three-statement model in Adaptive Planning.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual standard reports using data from these integrated tools.
- Provide user training and support to ensure the team's proficiency in using the tool.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Manage user access and permissions.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities.
