NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Manager, Advisor Technology to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Onsite (Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: $140,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of experience in wealth management or RIA technology
• Hands-on experience with Black Diamond, Addepar, eMoney, MoneyGuide, or similar platforms
• Proven leadership experience managing specialists or teams
• Strong vendor management and executive communication skills
• Experience leading platform implementations, onboarding, and adoption
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own platform strategy, standards, and delivery for reporting and planning tools
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption programs for advisors
• Manage and develop a team of platform specialists
• Act as escalation point for complex client or platform issues
• Partner with vendors, Product, and Engineering on platform roadmaps and integrations
