NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s team. This is a Remote, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $120,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of project or delivery management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in or leading ceremonies
• Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for tracking work, dependencies, and delivery status
• Experience supporting releases, managing risks and dependencies, and coordinating across teams
• Comfort working with distributed engineering teams or external partners
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and clearly articulate thought processes
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support and maintain delivery plans, milestones, and release timelines for key initiatives
• Define project scope and identify risks or trade-offs when priorities shift
• Track progress on tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed
• Proactively surface and escalate delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Lead or support Agile ceremonies alongside Product and Engineering teams
• Coordinate delivery activities across Design, Engineering, QA, and Release teams
• Assist with release readiness activities, rollout planning, and communication of milestones
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready delivery documentation and artifacts
• Support onboarding of external vendors and new contributors when required
• Apply delivery best practices to continuously improve predictability and reduce friction
