NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Application Architect to join our client’s team in Reading, PA. This is a hybrid (onsite 2-3 days a week), Contract-to-Hire position.
SALARY: $70-85/ hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong background in large-scale application architecture
- Experience with modern architecture (cloud, event-driven, domain-driven design)
- Proficiency with Kafka, MongoDB, and data synchronization (CDC)
- Hands-on capability in building proof of concepts and validating new technologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate solutions effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead architecture and large-scale solution design
- Collaborate across engineering, data, web services, and enterprise teams
- Drive technical direction and execution of complex initiatives
- Modernize the organization’s largest platform used by 16,000 customers
- Act as a hands-on technical leader, building proof of concepts and validating new technologies
