NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Product Owner to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is an Onsite Contract position.
SALARY: $50-$60 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years as a Product Owner/Product Manager in Agile environments; Agile transformation experience preferred
- Experience with complex, integration-heavy products
- Strong backlog management and testable story writing skills
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams and dependencies
- Excellent communicator with strong prioritization and decision-making skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage the Residential Configurator product backlog (including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria) ensuring clarity, alignment with business goals, and testability.
- Lead refinement and ensure work is ready for development and PI planning
- Partner with Engineering, QA, and business teams to drive delivery and remove blockers
- Manage cross-system dependencies and translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Communicate priorities, risks, and decisions clearly to teams and stakeholders
