NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an Onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $85,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and vendors
• Experience in industries such as architecture & design, signage, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or related fields
• Excellent client-facing skills, including scheduling meetings, providing status reports, and communication
• PMP certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage multiple projects involving commercial relocation, tenant improvement, or ground-up construction
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project deliverables and timelines
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and managing expectations
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget adherence
• Communicate project status and issues effectively with internal teams and clients
• Handle project documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
