NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Java Software Developer to join our client’s team in Reading, PA. This is an Onsite , Contract-to-Hire position.
SALARY: $46-63/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of full-stack Java development experience
- Proficiency with React, Angular, jQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring/Spring-MVC, myBatis, RESTful APIs
- Experience designing relational databases and writing complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and frameworks
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend software modules
- Design database schemas and write advanced SQL queries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Write automated tests and utilize CI/CD pipelines for deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Mentor junior and offshore engineers; review code and share best practices
- Contribute to project planning, design, and code reviews
- Support technical feasibility assessments and implementation strategies
- Participate in full software development lifecycle activities
