NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Federal Account Manager to join our client’s team in Washington, DC. This is a Hybrid, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $100,000- $120,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience
- 4+ years of experience selling to the U.S. federal government
- Established relationships across USACE and/or NAVFAC
- Proven track record qualifying an engineered or construction product for federal specifications
- Fluency in FAR, SAM.gov, and federal contracting and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Engineering degree, PE license, military service, or federal acquisition credential preferred
- Experience with USACE Civil Works, NAVFAC programs, or coastal and marine infrastructure preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own federal accounts nationally across USACE districts and NAVFAC commands
- Drive product qualification into federal specifications and establish the product as the basis of design before solicitations
- Engage engineers of record and program offices during the design phase
- Manage SAM.gov registration and maintain federal contracting and compliance requirements
- Build, manage, and forecast the federal pipeline in the CRM
