NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is a Hybrid Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $90,000–$120,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years supporting a CEO or senior executive (ideally in a startup or high-growth environment)
• Strong AI proficiency (actively uses AI tools to improve research, workflows, and execution)
• Proven ability to anticipate executive needs, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization and business judgment; able to synthesize complex information and deliver highly accurate, detail-oriented work
• High ownership and low ego; relentlessly proactive, adaptable, and willing to go above and beyond as a trusted partner
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Anticipate the CEO’s needs, manage shifting priorities, and proactively maximize executive time and effectiveness
• Identify high-value connections and opportunities; coordinate introductions aligned to business priorities
• Prepare the CEO for key meetings and events with concise context, talking points, and readiness materials
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate research, synthesize information, and support decision-making
• Convert complex inputs into clear executive briefings, actionable insights, and polished communications
• Drive priorities from idea to completion; surface risks early, remove blockers, and ensure follow-through on commitments
