NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $50,000 – $75,000 depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
• 6 months to 1 year of financial analysis experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (beyond basic functions)
• Experience with Power Query or similar data automation tools
• Ability to work with and integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, financial systems, external platforms)
• Excellent soft skills: communication, drive, responsibility, intellect
• Bachelor’s degree
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and maintain advanced financial models (forecasting, scenario analysis, profitability segmentation)
• Identify trends affecting revenue, margins, operating leverage, cash flow
• Perform variance analysis and root-cause diagnostics using automation and AI tools
• Translate complex financial data into insights for leadership
• Design dashboards highlighting key drivers and performance metrics
• automated data pipelines using Power Query, Power BI, advanced Excel, APIs, and system integrations
• Eliminate manual data collection and recurring reporting through automation
• Extract, reconcile, and model data from ERP and accounting systems
• Develop scalable Power BI dashboards with clean data models
• Apply AI tools for accelerated modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Maintain data integrity and governance practices
