NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Fee Based Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid, Contract position.
SALARY: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of basic customer operations and the financial industry
- Basic accounting concepts and principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile account activity across multiple sources
- Review standard issues, analyze data, and determine corrective actions
- Support and adhere to established policies and procedures
- Verify daily tasks for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain detailed records to ensure client requests are logged and fulfilled promptly
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned
