NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a fully remote (local to Florida) Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $180,000-$215,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Cyber industry experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute the marketing strategy and roadmap.
• Lead all marketing efforts and manage the marketing team and contractors.
• Define and strengthen the company's market position, value proposition, and brand presence.
• Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Drive demand generation programs to increase qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
• Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business development objectives.
• Optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies across all channels.
• Track and report marketing performance, ROI, and revenue impact.
• Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistency across communications.
• Manage content marketing, thought leadership, public relations, and social media initiatives.
• Strengthen the company's reputation and visibility within target industries.
• Oversee digital marketing operations, including website strategy, SEO, paid advertising, and marketing automation.
• Use analytics and market insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage marketing technology platforms, reporting tools, and vendor relationships.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
