NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $180,000-$215,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Cyber industry experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy and roadmap
- Define and strengthen market position, value proposition, and brand presence
- Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive activity
- Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks
- Lead demand generation programs to increase qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue
- Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business development objectives
- Optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies across channels
- Track and report on marketing performance, ROI, and revenue contribution
- Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistency across all communications
- Direct content marketing, thought leadership, PR, and social media initiatives
- Strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility within target markets
- Oversee website strategy, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and automation
- Utilize analytics and market intelligence to improve campaign effectiveness
- Manage marketing technology platforms, reporting tools, and vendor relationships
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
