NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Denver, CO. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $25-$29/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Identity & Access Management, including Active Directory and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows OS troubleshooting
- Knowledge of device and mobility support, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies
- Familiarity with virtual desktop environments such as Citrix
- Ability to troubleshoot web-based applications, networking, and peripheral devices
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support in a high-volume call environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users
- Document issues, resolutions, and interactions accurately
- Use internal knowledge bases and tools to deliver faster, consistent resolutions
- Manage time effectively in a metrics-driven support environment
